Asphalt / Bitumenious
- 37.5 mm / 25 mm thickness.
- Cleaning the ground surface by wire brush.
- Applying taccoat.
- Providing and laying premix bitumen carpet.
- Rolling over it.
- Sand or dust spreading over it.
RCC
- 100 mm / 125 mm / 150 mm / 200 mm thickness.
- Providing mixing and laying the cement concrete using the black trap, fine sand and 53 grade opc cement at the rate of 1:2:4.
- Fixing the channels as per level.
- Mixing and laying the material.
- Using the Screed vibrator for better mixing after laying.
- Finish the surface by power flotter and power trowel.
- Using of Dewatering system pump for suction of the extra water if require.
- Create the non sleepery surface for road and plain surface for internal flooring work.
- Curing for 5 days.
Paved Block Work
- M 15 / 20 / 30 / 40 grade – 60 mm / 80 mm thickness.
- Sand filling on the sub base as per level.
- Providing and laying Paved block as per size and grade.
- Sand spreading over it.
- Compaction by power compactor.
Curbing
- 300 mm x 150 mm x 75 mm thickness.
- 300 mm x 300 mm x 100 mm thickness.
- 300 mm x 300 mm x 150 mm thickness.
- Providing and fixing precast rcc block curbing of specified size using m15 concrate including excavation, bedding, fixing and pointing.
